What does my monthly subscription include?

Kaptiva Pro; which is a comprehensive all-in-one software platform to help you manage and build your real estate business.
Comprehensive training both in person and via WPI University our online learning tool to provide you practical application and cover real life issues within the industry.
Management and quality assurance over each transaction file.
Errors and Omissions (E&O) coverage to protect you in the event any claims or mistakes are made in the process of providing service to clients.

Will I be responsible for any additional fees like Transaction fees and E&O Insurance?

No, there are no extra fees that are often required by traditional brokerages such as office, desk, marketing and transaction fees. Your E & O cost is also covered in your monthly subscription and agents are not responsible to pay the deductible unless you commit fraud. We are confident this will not be an issue. You will be required to pay a yearly $297 annual membership renewal.

How much broker support and training will I receive?

You will have 24/7 access to your Broker in Charge for any questions you may have throughout your transactions. We ALWAYS encourage you to ask questions, we are here to walk alongside you as you grow and learn.

We offer a library of extensive training videos that apply to real life situations and offer you practical guidance on matters you will experience in the field. Training is our number one priority at WPI Realty and we try to make it.

How much money will I save by working with WPI Realty?

At WPI Realty with your Platinum Membership you pay $697 per month with no additional fees. This is a total of $8364 per year which is far less than industry caps and traditional commission splits that still include transaction, marketing, franchise, office and other miscellaneous fees. We make it simple for you to maintain a low cost for your business where you keep your hard earned money for yourself yet receive all the tools to grow and take your business to the next level.

Will I have to pay the monthly fee upfront or will it come out of my commission checks?

The monthly fee is a low amount and the sum total of what it will cost to run your business with all the tools you need to succeed. This is paid at the first of each month and all commissions 100% go directly to YOU as the agent.
