I have learned that selling real estate is not just about selling real estate!  When I was 21, I was deeply impacted by the words of Zig Ziglar, “You can have everything in life you want, if you will just help other people get what they want.” 

I understand intimately how challenging the real estate industry is for new, and even seasoned agents. Industry standards change constantly, making it difficult for agents to be adequately compensated for their hard work. Therefore, it is my goal to ensure that agents are rewarded for their effort and excellent service by providing a generous compensation model which fosters financial success. I have been blessed by this industry, and wish to see others succeed and be blessed as well. In addition to wanting to give back financially, it is my heart to give back in the area of training and education. 

I am grateful for those that have poured into me over the years, allowing me to grow as an agent. Throughout this journey, many of my friends and coworkers have encouraged me to teach, and I am excited to step into that role and invest in new agents.  Unfortunately, many agents are thrown into this industry without proper training. They can be motivated, energetic and great with people, but if they lack the proper training, they are placing themselves and their clients at great risk.  It is my passion to see agents receive first-rate training providing them the confidence to effectively communicate, predict and solve issues before they arise. 

Though the journey has been difficult at times, God has been faithful in all seasons to guide, direct and bless my company. I am SO grateful for the many relationships I have formed over the years with clients and other real estate professionals, and I look forward to building many more in the future!
